How we build
Our principles
These guide the decisions we make across the Stretx product family.
1. Give each product a clear purpose
Start with a problem people need to solve. Add features when they help with that job.
2. Explain how it works
Make results, assumptions, and limits understandable, especially where software supports professional judgement.
3. Treat customer data carefully
Consider what information a product needs, who should have access, and how long it should be kept.
4. Learn from use
Test ideas with the people they are for. Let their experience inform what we change.
5. Plan for maintenance
Choose designs and tools we can support over time. A launch is the beginning of running a product.
6. Be clear about availability
Distinguish live products from betas and work in progress. Describe what people can use today.
